Mr. Kao earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004, where he served as an editorial board member of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. He graduated from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2000. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2005. Mr. Kao brings to the firm experience in general commercial, intellectual property, tort litigation, and contract arbitration. Mr. Kao is an associate in our fidelity and surety departments.
