Mr. Weisman graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 1982 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1983 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. His areas of practice include insurance defense, products liability, premises liability, labor law, construction accidents, trucking, motor vehicle liability defense and elevator liability defense. Mr. Weisman has been a repeated lecturer at RIMS. Mr. Weisman is the managing partner for our insurance litigation department.
