Richard Lambert handles professional liability claims and directs the firm's subrogation and property liability defense practice, including large property losses, handling and/or supervising numerous cases on a cost-effective basis for major insurance carriers. Mr. Lambert also concentrates his efforts on the defense of personal injury actions and has substantial experience handling indemnity matters and check fraud cases. Mr. Lambert's trial experience includes actions against utilities and municipalities. Moreover, he has obtained numerous successful resolutions of the firm's cases through judgment, ADR or negotiated settlement. Richard Lambert graduated from Tulane University in 1986 and obtained his law degree from New York Law School in 1990. He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal courts in the State of New York.
