Ms. Burlingame earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 1990. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and her Masters in Public Administration from the C.W. Post Campus, Long Island University. She was admitted to the New York Bar in May 1991. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts. Prior to her association with Frenkel Lambert, Ms. Burlingame was an associate with Rosicki, Rosicki  & Associates, P.C., concentrating in the areas of mortgage foreclosures and foreclosure litigation.
