Lawrence Lambert is an experienced litigation attorney, who has represented numerous insurance carriers and their insureds in a variety of areas, including surety, bankruptcy, subrogation, automobile defense and slip and falls. He has been lead counsel on trials, arbitrations, and mediations, obtaining numerous favorable decisions and awards for carriers and their insureds. He has also conducted numerous depositions and has been involved in extensive motion practice. Mr. Lambert's surety work includes analyzing claims made by subcontractors, laborers and materialmen under labor and material payment bonds as well as claims made by obligees under performance bonds. Mr. Lambert has also fought for his carriers' rights in bankruptcy litigation against indemnitors who fail to meet their obligations under indemnity agreements that they execute in favor of the surety. Mr. Lambert has been admitted to the bar, 1993, New Jersey; 1994, New York; U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, 1992; U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, 1995. He graduated from SUNY at Oneonta (B.S. 1987); and Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D. cum laude, 1992).
