Mr. Battista graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in May 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Hofstra University. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in March 2000. He is also admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. Supreme Court and all U.S. District Courts for New York and New Jersey. Prior to his association with Frenkel Lambert Weiss Weisman & Gordon, Mr. Battista worked as an associate attorney concentrating in the areas of premises liability, insurance coverage, motor vehicle liability defense, personal injury defense, products liability and no-fault litigation.
