Mr. Eusanio practices in both fidelity and contract surety, handling claims investigation and litigation on fidelity claims, and also handling complex surety claims, investigations, and litigation from pleadings through trial and appeal. Mr. Eusanio was admitted to the bar in 2001 and is admitted to the New York and U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York. He received his eduaction at the University of Rochester (B.A. cum laude, 1995); and the Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 2000); and was the Executive Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy, 1999-2000. He is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, and the author of Control, Quality and Cost: The Need for Federal Legislation Amending ERISA's Failure to Protect Consumers from Liability-Free MCO's, 7 Journal of Law & Policy 627 (1999).
