Ms. Shuster graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in June 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in December 1991. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to her association with Frenkel Lambert Weiss Weisman & Gordon, Ms. Shuster worked with McDonnell, Adels & Goodstein where she concentrated in the areas of insurance coverage specializing in fraudulent claims, insurance law, trucking and motor vehicle liability defense, personal injury defense, products liability, medical and dental malpractice and no-fault litigation. Ms. Shuster is the Managing Attorney of our insurance litigation department.
