Practicing law for over fifteen years with the Firm, Mr. Cowling has handled client’s needs from inception of the claim through appellate practice in a variety of insurance areas including Fidelity, Surety, Construction Defects, Directors and Officers Liability, Personal Injury, Property Damage and Subrogation. Mr. Cowling was admitted to the bar in 1988, and is admitted to the New York, and U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He received his education at the University of Wisconsin (B.A. 1975); and Rutgers University (J.D. 1987). He is a member of the American Bar Association, and New York County Lawyers Association.
