Mr. Frenkel graduated from New York Law School where his studies focused on Insurance Law and Debtor & Creditor Law. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 1992 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. During the three years prior to his admission to the Bar, Mr. Frenkel gained considerable experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate litigation, mortgage foreclosure, insurance defense, product liability defense, subrogation and creditor bankruptcy.

In July 1993, he became a partner with the firm and has continued to work within his areas of specialty. He is the managing partner of the firm.
