Mr. Weiss earned his Juris Doctorate from The New York Law School, graduating cum laude in 1984. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The State University of New York at Binghamton. Mr. Weiss was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1984 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to his association with Frenkel Lambert, he was a litigation associate with the firm of Bellavia Gentile & Associates. Mr. Weiss is a litigator with significant experience handling complex commercial, real estate, general liability, and federal court matters. Mr. Weiss is an associate in our mortgage default and insurance litigation departments.
