Mr. Lambert is an experienced trial and appellate attorney, who has successfully represented insurance carriers and bonding companies for over thirty years. Mr. Lambert's extensive experience in complex and substantial fidelity cases, his analytical skill in assessing such claims, and his able advocacy in negotiation and in litigation, are highly valued by insurers.

Mr. Lambert has assisted insurers in the investigation and evaluation of employee dishonesty claims as well as other crime coverages, and in the persuasive articulation of the carrier's position to the insured. Where necessary, this has extended to vigorous representation of the carrier's position through the trial and appellate stages of litigation, either concerning the claim itself, or in pursuit of subrogation. He is particularly well respected for his experience in defending claims under ERISA and for his representation of carriers in coverage disputes involving Fiduciary Responsibility Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, and Employment Practices Liability policies.

Arthur Lambert received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, graduating with honors in 1968. Thereafter, he was admitted to practice before the State and Federal courts of the State of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
